Breathe Three Times While Drinking

the way to drink is above the law is sunnah , it is not obligatory. Because the original law of the actions of the Prophet sallallaahu’alaihi Wasallam is sunnah , because this way of drinking is faster to get rid of thirst, is more comfortable and relaxed and enjoys more when the water wet the throat.

Anas bin Malik radhiallahu’anhu said,

Usually Rasulullah Sallallahu’alaihi Wasallam breathed three times while drinking. And he said: ‘Verily in this way thirst is more lost, freer and better’ “(Narrated by Al Bukhari 5631 and Muslim 2028)

Brother, the hadith above explains how to drink which is usually practiced by our Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu’alaihi Wasallam is by three breaths. This means that he does not finish the drink at once, but he sips it with one breath, then exhales out of the glass, then if he wants to take another sip, then breathes out of the glass again and so on. And don’t let us breathe in the glass when we drink.

Brother, the way to drink is above the law is sunnah , it is not obligatory. Because the original law of the actions of the Prophet sallallaahu’alaihi Wasallam is sunnah , because this way of drinking is faster to get rid of thirst, is more comfortable and relaxed and enjoys more when the water wet the throat.
