Which is better, 1 or 1,000? For me, number 1 is better than 1,000. This is reverse logic, right ?, Yes, if you use a mathematical approach, it is certainly out of reason, but this is a logic that is very clear with the Qolbu approach.
Our existence as humans is not determined in a matter of time. But how many contributions have we made. If likened to this, even if there is only one day of the existence of a person, if it is able to feel the benefits it is much better, than thousands of days but it just goes away.
Our usefulness for the surrounding becomes an important point, even being able to deliver someone at the highest level as a human being. That the best of humans is the most beneficial for others. It contains a deep philosophy, achieving the title of the best human being.
Inside there is an extraordinary spirit, which can spur every person to do something with more motivation, no longer limited to oneself, but more broadly, for more people.
Achieving the best level of humanity means that no matter where he is, both in the workplace and in the community, he always gives a positive value. Its presence is truly felt through contributions, inspiration, work and role models, so that it is not just there but without meaning. Moreover, it gives a negative aura in the surrounding environment.
Whoever we are, whatever our position, be a role model , as a reflection of a true leader. The leader I mean is not just a leader in the work environment, because basically each of us is a leader at least for ourselves.
As a leader who becomes a role model , his actions and words are in line, have integrity, nurture, are able to defuse conflict rather than create conflict. The soul of the leader must really be internalized to make it as an identity, then apply it well, not only as a leader label, but unable to lead well.
Be a useful, inspiring, soothing person so that everyone will be comfortable around us. Finally able to work together, create harmony and ultimately be able to provide the best performance. Isn’t it fun if our way of life is lived in such a beautiful way.
