Maybe you ever found that Create a Video menu in Microsoft Powerpoint not clickable, if so, you can try this at home!…

First things to do is make sure you have an installed Windows Media Player from original Microsoft Windows

If you unsure about your installed Windows Media Player, please resintall it from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions-c1c6fffa-d052-8338-7a79-a4bb980a700a

 

To know which one is suitable for your windows please check with run of find “winver” to know about versions of your windows.

After you know the versionof windows,you can download it.

You can also use this link to download Windows Media Player.

To complete the windows media player installer, please reboot your computer.

After reboot, try to run Powerpoint again, hopefully the media now is clickable.
